Zusammenfassung:We study propagation of periodic saw-tooth waves in nondispersive media with quadratic elastic and hysteresis nonlinearity. By comparing exact solutions for saw-tooth waves and their spectral characteristics, we identified regularities in the behavior of nonlinear acoustic effects in such media. It is shown that as distinct from the case of a medium with quadratic elastic nonlinearity, the effects of nonlinear dispersion can manifest themselves in hysteresis media.
