Zusammenfassung:Opioids for chronic pain are variably effective, since tolerance may develop with extended use. Because of their highly addictive nature and the sensation of euphoria commonly produced, opioids are often abused recreationally. Because the DNA sequences of these yeast strains have been previously published, commercial suppliers of custom DNA sequences need to play an active role in monitoring requests for and regulating access to these sequences.
