Zusammenfassung: | Bilateral sporadic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is very rare and ultrasonography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging are the major imaging methods in its diagnosis and further investigation. We report of two cases of bilateral synchronous sporadic RCC, which were successfully treated by laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. The diagnostic roles of imaging methods were discussed. In conclusion, the evaluation of both kidneys with regard to potential synchronous RCC has an utmost importance in the treatment strategy. |
