Zusammenfassung:Review of literature available about the growth of Pacific mullet (Mugil soiuy) from different areas of the Black and Asov seas and from seas of the Far East. The growth is described by von Bertalanffy equation. Pacific mullet recently brought into the Black and Azov seas as a commercial fishery object has growth rate higher than that reported for its native Far East seas. The greatest growth rate was recorded in the Azov Sea.
