Zusammenfassung:We aimed to obtain giant vesicles (GVs) confining microspheres with a volume fraction of 20–30 vol %, analogous to biological macromolecules contained in cytosols, through simple and quick steps. Through water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion centrifugation, we formed GVs containing 1-µm polystyrene microspheres with volume fractions in the range 0–45 vol %.
