Zusammenfassung: | Radiotherapy-induced sarcoma arising from the chest wall after mastectomy and irradiation is uncommon but deserves special attention due to the increasing incidence of this soft-tissue sarcoma, contributed by the early detection and employment of radiotherapy in the treatment of breast carcinoma. We report the computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of two patients who developed cutaneous high-grade sarcoma after mastectomy and irradiation for primary breast tumours more than 5 years ago. |
