Zusammenfassung: | By comparing the Na super(+), K super(+)-ATPase activity and free radicals in kidney of rats in intermittent training with endurance training for six weeks, the results were as follows: (1) At rest after 6 weeks' training, the content of MDA in two training groups were significantly lower than that of non-training group, Na super(+), K super(+)-ATPase activity decreased without significance and SOD/MDA was significantly increased; (2) Immediately after training, SOD and MDA in two training groups were significantly lower than that in non-training group, while Na super(+), K super(+)-ATPase activity decreased without significance; (3) There is no significant differences between the indices of intermittent training group and those of endurance training group. Both high-intensity intermittent training and endurance training could decrease the level of lipid per-oxidation and thus decreased the oxidation damage to Na super(+), K super(+)-ATPase in kidney. |
