However, finding reassuring levels of free PSA (>25%) is unusual. New prostate cancer biomarkers are emerging but have not yet been shown to be associated with lower prostate cancer mortality. Here, Barry and Hayes examine the case of 59-year-old white man who undergo PSA screening for prostate cancer.
