Zusammenfassung: | We report a case of a 32-year-old woman who presented with upper abdominal pain. The physical examination revealed a palpable hard mass with a well-demarcated lower margin. Laboratory tests indicated hepatitis B viral infection. Computed tomography scan with intravenous contrast depicted a huge well-demarcated heterogeneous mass at the porta hepatis with irregular peripheral rim enhancement. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed peripheral irregular hyper-enhancement in the artery phase and hypo-enhancement in the portal and late phases. The postoperative histopathologic examination confirmed the diagnosis of low-grade chondrosarcoma. This is the first report of contrast-enhanced ultrasound findings of chondrosarcoma. There is some differential diagnosis to be discussed. |
