Revision of the Western Palearctic Panurginae of the tribe Melitturgini Michener, 1944. Part 1: Panurgus Panzer, 1806 and Camptopoeum Spinola, 1843 (Hymenoptera, Andrenidae).

The Panurgus PANZER, 1806 were reviewed recently and splitted into several genus, raising the subgenus described (or redescribed) by WARNCKE (1972) to generic rank and restoring so the systematic status which existed before this author's work. The great morphologic heterogenity of some of these genera lead to subdivide certain of them into several subgenera, so in Camptopoeum SPINOLA, 1843 and Panurgus, and to raise some subspecies into species rank. Three new subgenera are described in Panurgus, Euryvalvus subgen. nov., Pachycephalopanurgus subgen. nov. and Stenostylus subgen. nov.
