Palmitoylethanolamide attenuates PTZ-induced seizures through CB1 and CB2 receptors

Highlights • Pretreatment with AM251 in different dosages had contrary effects on seizure. • AM630 increased seizures in a dose dependent manner. • PEA attenuated the PTZ-induced seizures. • Pretreatment with CB1 and CB2 antagonists altered the effects of PEA.
