Zusammenfassung:The paper is concerned with groups of large-size space debris at low Earth near-circular orbits, which were classified from the analysis of the catalog of space objects. An estimation of the summary characteristic velocity required for a flyby of the three highlighted groups is derived. In this problem, a method of reducing the energetic and temporal costs is proposed, which is capable of optimizing the flyby plan of objects of the group. Examples of the summary characteristic velocity calculation are given that is necessary for a flyby of the elements of a group with a flexible choice of flight duration between two neighboring objects. It is shown that a flyby of all the objects of a group of large-size space debris cannot be achieved using a single modern space vehicle.
