Zusammenfassung: | A dynamic short-term unit commitment problem is considered. In a competitive market, the unit commitment problem is solved to minimize the total cost of electrical energy produced based on the bid prices of generation companies. A detailed description of the unit commitment model used in the market is presented. A model of zonal active power reserves that takes into account security constraints is constructed. Special attention is paid to the simulation of the technological constraints relevant to power plant operation, including the simulation of thermal states, ramp-up schedules, and modes of operation of combined generation units. Approaches to the solution of the resulting nonlinear mixed integer optimization problem are described. An example of a problem solution and simulation results are discussed. |
