Zusammenfassung:An outline of how the 'global financial domination' controls both the production markets and the public policy is presented. In this 'pyramid', the social movements that emerge as 'mangroves' of the pro-common bases and defence ecosystem are opposed. Secondly, the dynamics of these movements are analysed from their eco-social funds, how they can be eco-linked from 'stakeholder mapping' with strategies of 'action sets'. Emerging questions from some of these current 'action sets' are reviewed. Thirdly, the 'power groups' are presented as initiative groups that appear in many processes and represent a kind of collective leaderships and not as patriarchal, capable of performing and participatory methodologies more than ideological sectarianism.
