Potency and penetration of telavancin in staphylococcal biofilms

Highlights • Staphylococcal biofilms were grown in drip-flow and capillary flow-cell reactors. • Telavancin-treated biofilms had significantly reduced mean log densities. • Antibiotics were visualised penetrating a Staphylococcus aureus biofilm.
