University Sports Resource Disposition and Influencing Factors on Three Provinces in Northeast of China

College sports are an important part of China' s sports undertakings. Under the guidance of Chinese strategy of the national fitness, sports resources play an irreplaceable role in colleges and universities to serve the general teachers and students and the social public sports fitness. The research was done based on the three northeast provinces of Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang sports resources in common colleges and universities as the research angle of view, using documentation method, expert interviews, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to the northeast three provinces ordinary university sports resource allocation situation and influencing factors. The result shows: the northeast university sports resource allocation is combined with insufficient human resources utilization rate, insufficient society combination, insufficient sports funds, insufficient stadium and gymnasium resources development and utilization, insufficient sports scientific research achievements transformation etc. The m
