Zusammenfassung:	The paper presents a specific method to integrate and use the deterministic and probabilistic models in a process and risk monitoring system, in order to monitor, analyze and improve the reliability, availability, safety of the power systems and to reduce risk of accidents. In the paper are also specified the applications of probabilistic and deterministic modelling to perform online and offline monitoring of process, reliability, unavailability, safety or risk associated to the analyzed system. Also in the paper is presented a case study for use of probabilistic modelling in test intervals optimizing in technological systems.
