Zusammenfassung:We construct a supersymmetric higher dimensional theory which includes 5D Lorentz violation terms in a superfield formalism. We show that in order to obtain a consistent construction which incorporates the most general terms that explicitly breaks the 5D Lorentz invariance, it is only necessary to redefine the supersymmetric auxiliary fields. We also analyze the meaning of these violation terms and point out the possibility of resizing the radius of compactification to obtain an equivalent 4D Lorentz invariant effective theory.
