Zusammenfassung: | The theoretical analysis of basic phenomena at plasma processing of the agglomerated powders, in context of hollow microspherical particles production, was fulfilled. With the use of the obtained theoretical solutions for the first time the key similarity criteria were derived that allow to formulate the requirements to plasma flow, characteristics of agglomerate and its material as well as condition of quenching of the formed hollow microdroplet which realization provides the formation of hollow microsphere with necessary characteristics, in particular, of maximal diameter and minimum thickness of shell. |
