MiR-143 and miR-135 inhibitors treatment induces skeletal myogenic differentiation of human adult dental pulp stem cells
Highlights • Human adult DPSCs were induced to myogenic differentiation by 5-Aza. • Expression of miR-135 and miR-143 was decreased in myoblast DPSCs induced by 5-Aza. • Anti-miR-135 and anti -miR-143 transfection induced myogenic differentiation of DPSCs.
