Kiss wrote, it is an Auberge espagnole. However, the adoption of an empathetic posture is a highly relevant methodological basis to attempt to manifest the emotional experiences which are at the centre of contemporary dance performances. The use of such a stance leads us to question sociological methodologies, particularly with regard to the principle of objectivity of the researcher and the involvement of his own body in the research.
