Zusammenfassung:This study focuses on classical theories explaining social change. The thoughts of the following prominent twelve classical sociologists were used during the analysis of social change. These are Comte, Marx, Durkheim, Spencer, Weber, Veblen, Tonnies, Simmel, Pareto, Tarde, Le Bon, and Mannheim.
