Zusammenfassung: | To investigate the effect of counseling, for 6 months, through emails, on the level of physical activity in sedentary adults. The study sample consisted of 104 adults of both sexes who completed the protocol for Continuing Health Revision at the Center for Preventive Medicine of the Albert Einstein Hospital. To participate in this study, the clients should be defined as sedentary, considering the physical activity level (IPAQ), signing the informed consent and having participated in the monitoring program and answered the three IPAQs applied: on the day of RCS, after 3 months and 6 months follow-up.
