Zusammenfassung:The purpose of this study was to develop treadmill and over-ground VO2 prediction equations for walking for children and adolescents. Participants (n=199; 102 males and 97 females) ages 6-16 years were involved in this study. Height, weight, and sitting height were measured using standard procedures, and percent body fat was determined by skinfolds.
