Zusammenfassung:Our aim was to examine the relationship between general and behavior-specific parenting and child TV time and MVPA. This analysis utilizes baseline data from Healthy Homes/Healthy Kids 5-10, an ongoing randomized control trial focused on coaching parents with 5- to 10-year-old children who are at risk for overweight or obesity (N= 252 parent-child dyads, child age = 6.7 + or - 1.7, 48.8% female, child BMI percentile = 85.5 + or - 6.7).
