Zusammenfassung:Positive and negative interploid triploids of blunt snout bream (Megalobrama amblycephala) were produced by reciprocal crossing autotetraploids with diploids. Fertilization and hatching rate of negative interploid triploid, 2n[female] x 4n[male], at different reproductive ages was similar to that of control, but higher than that of positive interploid triploid, 4n[female] x 2n[male]. Additionally, the development rate of embryos of the positive interploid triploid, 4n[female] x 2n[male], was slower than that of control and the negative interploid triploid, 2n[female] x 4n[male].
