Zusammenfassung: | The increased participation of mothers in the work force had gave awareness particularly to the employers in the urban formal sectors of the need to help employees to balance their work and family responsibilities. A research had been carried out among women who had previously and currently working. The result showed that satisfaction with work/family is an important factor for the employees' job satisfaction. The use of flexible working hours appears to help employees, particularly mothers to face their dual functions. |
