Zusammenfassung: | Free-flow centrifugal filtration in a hollow conical sieve with flat baffles coaxial to the flow for regulation of the dwell time of a precipitate in the rotor has been investigated analytically. Relationships between the volume of precipitate and the time required for its drying in the pocket between the baffle and filtering surface area, and also suspension productivity, depending on pocket placement have been studied. |
