Study on CBA Foreign Player Mechanism Evolution and Competitive Characteristics

In the paper based on the background of market economy and social change, from the angle of sociology, culture and sports science, detailed combing CBA foreign player introduction and using policy; quantitative empirical analysis of the competitive characters, and the reflection of the change in system has been carried out. Study found that foreign player system is the necessity to competitive sports cultural exchange; institutional change is the the result of factors such as culture ideas, group utilitarian appeal, management operation mechanism, checks and balances of basketball sport; foreign players' season performance and team success inspired to reflection on the correlation of the shift of basketball training ideas and ways of thinking, which has significant meaning in the preservation of the rights of different groups such as basketball association, clubs, and foreign players, people-oriented management, actively guide encourage participation.
