Zusammenfassung:Light on: Photocontrol of J‐type exciton interactions by using chromophores is reported (see picture). Hydrogen‐bonded merocyanine dyes could be switched reversibly through photoinduced ring‐closure/ring‐opening reactions of diarylethene receptors. Addition of H‐aggregation‐inducing bismelamine receptors enabled the partial interconversion between J‐ and H‐type exciton coupling.
