Zusammenfassung:The meteorological factors have an effect on reliability of distribution system. In order to improve the reliability of the distribution network throughout the maintenance period, considering the effects of weather conditions of the maintenance equipment and the other equipment on the maintenance risk, a decision method of maintenance schedule for distribution system is proposed by considering reliability and meteorological factors. Compared with the traditional optimization of distribution network maintenance schedule, the calculation models for failure rate and repair time of distribution equipments under different meteorological conditions are established. At the same time, under the premise of considering the constraints of maintenance procedures, maintenance capacity and grid structure, with minimal loss of reliability index as the target of optimization, the system risk aggregative indicator that intensively reflects the system average interruption duration index and the expected energy not supplied is
