A decision method of short-term distribution network maintenance schedule based on reliability and meteorological factors

The meteorological factors have an effect on reliability of distribution system. In order to improve the reliability of the distribution network throughout the maintenance period, considering the effects of weather conditions of the maintenance equipment and the other equipment on the maintenance risk, a decision method of maintenance schedule for distribution system is proposed by considering reliability and meteorological factors. Compared with the traditional optimization of distribution network maintenance schedule, the calculation models for failure rate and repair time of distribution equipments under different meteorological conditions are established.
