Zusammenfassung:In view of the disadvantages of the coastline generalization using the simplification index of bend height and bend depth, a new method based on the skeleton line of curve bends is introduced. Each bend is identified through the monotone curve, and the bend skeleton lines are extracted through the construction of triangulated network. Experiments based on the generation principles of unilateral coastline show the method is effective and feasible to keep the coastline shape coincident.
