Zusammenfassung:The current UWB signal for UWB fuze is low voltage, and short range of action based on SRD and RF-BJT and the big voltage fountain is needed in the UWB generator based on avalanche transistor. The small pulse generator for UWB fuze was designed using avalanche transistor instead of diode to create high voltage UWB signal. It used inverted circuit to increase the voltage in the dry cell to the required voltage. The circuit used the voltage to produce nanosecond pulse based on avalanche effect. Through testing the signal by scope, the pulse length was about 500ps, the voltage was about 10 V. The circuit improves signal's voltage effectively, and increases the range of action for UWB fuze and it needs small room.
