Zusammenfassung: | In this study, the flame retardants such as chlorinated paraffin, antimony trioxide were combined with epoxy Epikote 240 resin cured by amine hardeners in order to increase flammability and maintain the mechanical strength of this material. The Underwriters Laboratories Inc (UL-94) and limiting oxygen index (LOI), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and Field Emission Scanning Electron (FE-SEM) methods were used. The mechanical properties of materials have been determinted. The experiment indicated that a compound containing 9 phr antimony trioxide and 1 lphr cholorinated paraffin proved the best fire-retardant specification. |
