Zusammenfassung: | Although rare earth-based catalyst yields the polyisoprene with high stereospecificity, the polyisoprene prepared by rare earth based catalyst is non-polar which limits its application. Because of the partially living character of the Nd-catalyzed diene polymerization, end-modification of polyisoprene can be achieved by the incorporation of functional end groups via post-polymerization reactions. However, there is no scientific report about end modification of polyisoprene based on rare earth catalyst until now. |
