Zusammenfassung:The paper presents an application for creating the product's structure in a simulation framework using an algorithm for randomly generating the orders received by a simulated manufacturing system.The application was implemented in a graphical programming environment which will serve also for developing the manufacturing system simulator. The paper is describing the procedures for generating the records from the proposed data structure and for labelling each main product's component.The data is then transformed and restructured for complying with the data definition to be used in the simulation framework: all the transitions representing processing activities are defined and labelled and their input and about places are defined, labelled and structured in an array according with the data definition.
