Zusammenfassung:Highlights • EEG of 9 patients with absence epilepsy were evaluated for occurrence of HFO. • HFOs were associated with inter-ictal generalized (241/454). • HFOs were associated with ictal generalized (634/884). • HFOs were associated with sporadic spike-wave discharges (51/100). • ICA with spectral analysis showed the mean frequency of HFOs was 96.4 ± 10.4 Hz.
