Zusammenfassung: | The aim of this work was to assess the level of expression of rag1 and tdt genes in mouse thymic cells in response to immunization. In general, it can be concluded that T cell progen itors respond to xenoantigen administration by increasing the expression of rag1 and tdt genes and that preliminary stimulation of phagocytes accelerates this process. Possibly, these results may lead to a significant correction of the notion of the process of maturation and differentiation of T cells and immunophysiology of the thymus in general. |
