Standardised (plain) packaging : the time for implementation has come

Urges the New Zealand Government to recognise the evidence from overseas on the effectiveness of standardised plain packaging of tobacco products in controlling tobacco consumption, and to re-assess their stance on the issue, pass the Smoke-free Environments (Tobacco Plain Packaging) Amendment Bill into law and implement it without delay.
