Zusammenfassung:Crystallization of silica glasses of various types by contact with a NaCl crystal grain was investigated. The depth of the center of the crystallized region was proportional to the square root of the heating time. The temperature-dependence of the depth at the fixed time is linear in the Arrhenius plot at temperatures higher than approximately 1000°C, and for slopes bent at approximately 1000°C.
