Zusammenfassung: | The Pechini method was used to obtain fine ceramic and single-phase powders for a lead-free ferroelectric system 0.97[(Bi1/2Na1/2)1-x(Bi1/2K1/2)xTiO3]-0.03[(Na1/2K1/2)NbO3] (BNKT-KNN, x = 0.00, 0.18, 0.21, 0.24, 0.27). This method allowed powders with 100% perovskite phase, as confirmed by XRD, to be obtained for this system, in all the studied stoichiometries, using temperatures as low as 600 C. The effects on the bonds present in the structure due to variation of the stoichiometry, Na-K, were determined using FT-IR spectroscopy. Irregular nanoparticles were observed by SEM. |
