Zusammenfassung: | According to the application requirements for power ultrasonic, a new type of dual-end whole radiation dual-frequency ultrasonic transducer is proposed. For its specific application, by means of the vibration characteristics analysis of the dual-end whole radiation dual-frequency ultrasonic transducer, the electro-mechanical equivalent circuit is established and the resonance frequency equation set of the transducer is deduced. Two kinds of dual-end whole radiation dual-frequency ultrasonic transducer are designed, which the radiation blocks are different, and based on two design operating frequencies, the sizes of the various parts are calculated by used the resonance frequency equation set. After using the software ANSYS to do the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of one of the transducers, the accuracy of the frequency equation set is checked. The model machine is manufactured, and the longitudinal resonance frequency is measured by testing. The experimental results show that the error between the measured resonant frequencies and the design values is less than 5%. By using this design method, the dual-frequency transducer base on any two different frequencies on request can been designed, and the operating frequencies is more closer to the theoretical values, which can satisfy the practical application requirements. copyright 2013 Journal of Mechanical Engineering. |
