Zusammenfassung: | The objective of this research is to get to know, in a general way, advances in the regulatory frameworks and their effect on the Process of Work and the Organization of Work (PTOT), taking as a referential axis the standards and incipient flexibilization of labor relations in Venezuela. First, a brief conceptual review of the PTOT is made. Second, the study specifies the consequences of transformations that arose, starting when the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (Constitucion de la Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela-CRBV) went into effect in 1999, and new social, economic and legal patterns of PTOT as well as the birth of new legal forms, such as social enterprises, appeared due to the breakdown of neoliberal thought in Latin America. The methodology used was documentary analysis. This review made it possible to underline development of the protectionist aspect of labor legislation and emphasize the appearance of new legal forms of a social nature in the context of PTOT.
