An analysis of human rights in the biographical context of Norberto Bobbio

The article is devoted to the Italian legal philosopher Norberto Bobbio. Concretely, we will try to illustrate the connection between his philosophical ideas and the political, social and cultural circumstances he went through. In this regard, we will analyze the progressive evolution of Bobbio's thought, which started in the frame of legal philosophy, but continued mostly in political philosophy and finally included a huge research focus on the history and the nature of human rights.
