Zusammenfassung:Some women have also undergone transplantation after treatment for cervical cancer and therefore need a surrogate mother to conceive, which is not legal in Denmark.6 One girl had tissue transplanted at the age of 13 years to induce puberty, but not for fertility reasons.7 When pregnancy rates are calculated, this information clearly needs to be taken into account, which was not the case for the Danish results presented in table 3.1 Also important to point out is that the transplanted tissue remains active in many of our patients and the number of women achieving pregnancy continues to rise.
