Simple suturing of the nasal septum using the Maniceps septum stitch device

To present the utility of the recently introduced Maniceps septum stitch device for suturing of the nasal septum. This paper describes nasal septum suturing techniques using the Maniceps septum stitch device following septoplasty to prevent post-operative complications such as haematoma and nasal septum perforation. Nasal septum suturing using the Maniceps septum stitch device appears to be a safe and easy surgical procedure to help prevent post-operative complications and may reduce the incidence of nasal septum perforation following septoplasty.
