Zusammenfassung:Neutrophilic folliculitis is an often overlooked chronic condition characterized by a monomorphic eruption of “sterile” papulopustules. Neutrophilic folliculitis is often refractory to conventional treatment with topical and systemic antibiotics or isotretinoin. We report a case of severe pustular neutrophilic folliculitis successfully treated with the tumor necrosis factor‐alpha inhibitor adalimumab.
