Zusammenfassung: | A variety of amino acids was released into nitrogen free broth by three different phyllosphere diazotrophic bacteria. Glutamic acid, aspartic acid, serine and tryptophan were released into the broth by all the isolates.
Azotobacter chroococcum(isolate REN
2) and
Beijerinckia indica(isolate JN
1) liberated more different amino acids than
Corynebacteriumsp. (isolate WN
2). The total amount of amino acids secreted by the different isolates was estimated. |
