Zusammenfassung:SnO sub(2) nanotube arrays have been synthesized by means of a simple and low-cost method. The ZnO nanorod arrays prepared by aqueous chemical growth method were used as templates. By liquid phase deposition, SnO sub(2) nanotubes were obtained with proper deposition time. Scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the morphologies and structures of the products, and the formation mechanism was discussed according to the experimental results.
