New state records for ticks in Mississippi

Two nymphs of Ixodes marxi, Banks, were collected off vegetation in Noxubee County, Mississippi, in mid-December. A larval Ornithodoros kelleyi, Cooley and Kohls, was collected in Tishomingo County, Mississippi from a bat in June. These collections represent new state records.
